Growth Advisory for Med Spas and Healthcare Practices

Your schedule is full. So why does it feel like you're barely covering overhead?

Clean books, a monthly strategy call and a client portal for your questions, so you know which services actually make money and can grow on purpose instead of guessing.

Sound familiar?

You're great at what you do. The numbers are a different story.

  • "I get overwhelmed every time I open QuickBooks."

  • "I've been putting off the books for months."

  • "I don't know which service is actually profitable."

  • "I don't know what I can afford, and it gives me anxiety."

You're seeing patients all day, then trying to figure out your finances at night. You wait until tax time to find out if you made money. And when a big promo comes around, you discount without knowing if you can afford it.

Inside Growth Advisory

  • Every service has the potential to become more profitable

  • You stop wondering if you're making money. You'll know exactly what you made each month and how much you can spend

  • Your business grows with structure, not guesswork

  • You hit your goals faster. Every decision is built on real numbers, not a gut feeling

  • You feel organized. Your books are caught up monthly, and you're not digging through receipts at 10pm

Where you'll be

In 10 to 12 weeks, you'll know exactly what's making you money.

Your books will be caught up and clean. You'll see your profit by service, so you know which treatments to push and which ones are quietly costing you.

Example monthly report (sample numbers):

  • Neurotoxin: $14,200 revenue, $5,100 direct costs, $9,100 profit (64%)

  • Dermal filler: $9,800 revenue, $4,900 direct costs, $4,900 profit (50%)

  • Facials: $4,600 revenue, $3,300 direct costs, $1,300 profit (28%)

  • Black Friday facial package: $2,400 revenue, $2,750 direct costs, $350 loss (-15%)

That last line is why this matters. A promo can look busy and still lose money.

What's included

  • Monthly bookkeeping. Categorized, reconciled and closed every month.

  • A monthly strategy call with me. One on one. Are you profitable, are you charging enough, is your ad spend paying off?

  • A client portal for your questions. Message me anytime in between calls.

  • Reports, explained. Your P&L and balance sheet in Fathom, plus what they mean for you.

  • A 4 to 5 KPI dashboard. The handful of numbers worth watching.

  • Profit by service and provider. Know which treatments and providers earn the most.

  • Tax ready books. Sales tax and 1099 due dates on my radar, not yours.

How it works

  1. Week 1: Consultation and setup. We meet, I get access to your accounts, and you tell me your goals. You won't have to learn QuickBooks or chase bank statements.

  2. Weeks 2 to 6: Clean books. I catch up and clean up your books.

  3. Weeks 7 to 12: Profit by service and your plan. We look at what each service earns, whether your pricing and discounts work, and build your plan for growth.

  4. Every month: Books closed and your strategy call. Your reports are explained in plain English, we meet one on one, and your client portal is there for questions in between.

Who this is for

A good fit if you own a growing med spa or practice, upload your supplier invoices each month, answer my questions within a few days (usually about 15 minutes a week), and show up to your monthly call ready to make decisions.

It's not the right fit if you want your books done with no involvement at all. Profit by service only works when the invoices come in.

Results

What I've found and fixed in real client books.

  • A med spa owner: on October 1 she had no idea what she was making, spending, or if she was profitable. After her cleanup, she knows her most profitable service and exactly what she needs to make to break even.

  • Cassie, service business owner: her P&L was wrong and holding up her tax documents. Now she's down to a few transactions a week and feels "relieved and way less stressed."

  • John, landscaping company: $9,000 in mismatched deposits fixed, sales tax caught up, and a 50% gross margin he can actually see.

  • Melissa, solo entrepreneur: "It has taken a huge burden off my plate."

I’m Jessie.

Hey!

I'm the bookkeeper who explains it, so you finally understand your numbers.

Before bookkeeping, I spent years as a floor nurse and nurse practitioner, including time in oncology, the ER and two vein clinics. When a med spa or practice owner talks about providers, patients and appointments, I already speak the language!

I'm also a homeschool mom of four, and I build my business around my life, not my life around my business. Paying close attention to my own profit margins added about $9,000 in profit to my business this year. I want that same clarity for y'all.

I was lost and feeling overwhelmed. Jessica was kind, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and patient with my many questions. I would highly recommend Jessica for any of your QBO or accounting needs!

Why now

Waiting doesn't save money. It makes the catch up bigger.

Every month you wait, your catch up bill grows and you still don't know if your business is profitable.

If you want 2026 clean for your tax preparer and your 1099s out by January 31, the work has to start before December closes.

Investment

Growth Advisory starts at $1,697/month.

Most owners pay a bookkeeper to keep the books, then pay someone else to tell them what the numbers mean, or never get that second part at all. My strategy sessions are $250 an hour on their own. Here you get both. If you're behind, your cleanup is quoted separately on our call.

Need more? Elevate Advisory (starting at $2,297/month) adds budgeting, forecasting, cash flow forecasting and "what if" scenarios before a second location or a big hire.

Questions

Do I need to know QuickBooks?

No. I handle the books. You'll answer a few quick questions and we'll review the rest together.

I'm months behind. Is that a problem?

Not at all. That's what the cleanup is for, and you'll get the number on our call.

Do you file my taxes?

No. I hand clean, tax ready books to your tax pro and track your sales tax and 1099 due dates.

How is this different from just hiring a bookkeeper?

A bookkeeper tells you what happened. Growth Advisory adds a monthly call about what to do next: pricing, discounts, ad spend and growth.

How long do I have to stay?

There's no set time frame. Some of my clients have been with me about four years!

Ready to actually know your numbers?

Book your free 30 minute call. We'll pull up your QuickBooks together and you'll walk away with a clear next step and a price.
